These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lynk website and services. By using the site or placing a request, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the website
The Lynk website is provided for informational purposes and to allow you to request NFC tags. You agree to use the site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse it.
2. Requests and quotes
Submitting a request does not create a contract. A binding order exists only once we confirm your quote in writing by email and you accept it.
3. Intellectual property
The Lynk name, logo, wording and site design are the property of Lynk. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.
4. Third-party destinations
NFC tags link to destinations you choose (Instagram, websites, menus, etc.). Lynk is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those third-party destinations.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lynk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
6. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union member state in which Lynk is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
