This Shipping Policy explains how Lynk prepares, ships and delivers your NFC tags.
Processing time
After your order is confirmed and paid, we typically program, test, and dispatch within 2–5 business days, depending on quantity and customisation.
Where we ship
We currently ship across the European Union, plus the United Arab Emirates and the United States. The full list is on our Shipping page.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days within the EU, 5–10 business days for UAE and US. Times are indicative and depend on the carrier and destination.
Shipping cost
Shipping cost is included in each individual quote and depends on quantity, destination, and shipping method.
Tracking
Where the carrier provides tracking, we send the tracking number by email once the parcel is dispatched.
Customs & duties
For destinations outside the EU (UAE, US), any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable window, contact hello@linkovo.xyz. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
